Southern Land Company has selected Lake Flato as the architect for the conceptual design of the Lunaroya Club, marking an important milestone in the evolution of the community. Known for their deep connection to landscape and climate, Lake Flato brings a design philosophy that aligns naturally with the spirit of Lunaroya and the Hill Country setting.

The Lunaroya Club is envisioned as the heart of the community, a place where wellness, gathering, and daily life intersect. Planned programming includes fitness and movement spaces, spa and recovery areas, social lounges, and a demonstration kitchen designed to bring residents together through shared meals and conversation. Construction of the Club is currently anticipated to begin in 2027.
